We scope the deliverables and timeline together first, then provide a single fixed project fee — no day rates or open-ended billing
Minor adjustments are normal and handled as part of the process. Significant scope changes are quoted separately and agreed before any extra work starts.
You get a full handover of assets and documentation. Some clients move into a Growth Partnership retainer afterwards; plenty simply take the deliverables and run.
