Growth Partnership with Osgood Movement
How an embedded strategic team changed what growth actually costs a solo founder.
A founder outgrowing her own systems
Osgood Movement (formerly Osgood Sports Chiropractic) had grown steadily in its couple of years on the founder's own skill and reputation, using a brand and marketing approach built on instinct rather than strategy. As the business gained momentum, the founder found herself spending more time on admin, marketing, and day-to-day operations than on the work she'd built the business to do. She was ready to scale, but scaling alone would have meant either burning out or leaving opportunities on the table.
Since the Growth Partnership began, Osgood Movement has seen a sustained increase in revenue, leads, and audience growth. The founder now spends more of her working time on the parts of the business that generate revenue, because the marketing, content, and administrative load that would otherwise compete for her attention sits with an embedded team. The partnership has also produced 1, 3, and 5-year business mapping, and personal brand strategy work is currently in progress.
Growth, without carrying it alone
262 Studios has been integral in the growth of my business. She has worked so hard, without me even asking, and just gets the work done. Not only is Mercy incredibly hard working, but she also has so much knowledge that I have learnt from in terms of ways of growing my business, advice, and constantly finding ways to improve systems within the clinic. Mercy has been the best part of investment in my business and has also become a vital part of the team, as well as a truly good friend. Could not recommend her enough!
What that looked like in practice
262 Studios moved from one-off project work into a full Growth Partnership, embedding a team directly into the business rather than operating as an external supplier. That included:
See more case studiesMarketing and Social Media Management
Taking on media content, social strategy, social management, email marketing, blog content, and site management as one connected function, reporting to one strategy rather than several disconnected suppliers
Real Check-Ins
Running constant, direct communication with the founder, so strategic pivots and decisions happen in real time rather than through a ticketing system or a monthly call
Collaborative Decision Making
Collaboratively planning anything new, such as a new website, course, or offer, before it's built, embedding it into the wider strategy from day one
Business Roadmap
Developing 1, 3, and 5-year business mapping, giving the founder a forward view of the business rather than a month-to-month one
Personal Brand Strategy
Building out personal brand strategy work alongside the business brand, currently in progress
