Information We Collect
The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with us. This may include:
- Identity and contact data: name, job title, company name, email address, telephone number, postal address.
- Enquiry and project data: information you provide when requesting a quote, briefing a project, or corresponding with us by email, form, or WhatsApp Business.
- Financial data: billing details and invoice history processed through Stripe and recorded in our accounting system, Xero. We do not store full card details ourselves.
- Marketing data: your preferences regarding receiving marketing from us, managed through Mailchimp and HubSpot.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through Google Analytics.
- Advertising data: information collected via the Meta Pixel and Google Ads to measure and improve our advertising performance.
We do not knowingly collect special category data (such as data about health, race or religion) through our website, and we ask that you do not send us such data unless it is necessary and relevant to a project we are delivering for you.
We collect data directly from you when you fill in a form on our website, email, call or message us, book a call through our calendar tools, sign up to our mailing list, or engage us as a client. We also collect data automatically through cookies when you use our website, and, where relevant, from publicly available sources such as your company website or LinkedIn profile.
How We Use It
We use your data to respond to enquiries, deliver services under a client contract, invoice and manage our accounts, send marketing communications you have consented to, run and measure our advertising, improve our website, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Each of these uses has a lawful basis under UK GDPR, which is either performance of a contract, a legal obligation, our legitimate interests, or your consent.
We share personal data with trusted third-party service providers who process it on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their service to us. These currently include:
- Stripe — processing client payments and invoices
- Xero — accounting and bookkeeping
- Mailchimp — email marketing
- HubSpot — customer relationship management
- WordPress — website content management
- Hostinger — website hosting
- Meta (Meta Pixel) — advertising measurement on Facebook and Instagram
- Google Ads and Google Analytics — advertising and website analytics
- Google Workspace — business email and productivity tools
- Google Drive and Dropbox — storing and sharing project files
- Zoom and Google Meet — video calls with clients
- Google Calendar — scheduling meetings
- Notion — internal project management

- WhatsApp Business — direct messaging with clients where agreed
Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as extended to the UK.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We keep personal data only for as long as necessary: client and financial records for at least six years to meet our tax obligations, enquiry data from prospects for up to twelve months, and marketing data until you unsubscribe.
